Digital Inclusion Project at Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire
Our project supports residents in North East Derbyshire and Bolsover districts who experience digital exclusion—whether due to lack of skills or limited access to technology.
We deliver sessions at local venues, scheduling them at times that work best for participants to ensure maximum accessibility.
The project receives funding from the Healthy North East Derbyshire Partnership and the Bolsover Partnership for their respective districts.
Bridging the Digital Divide in Our Community
At Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire, we understand that being digitally connected is no longer a luxury but a necessity. In our community, digitally excluded residents may miss out on crucial information, opportunities, and essential online services. This digital divide can limit access to meaningful social connections and the ability to engage positively within the community. Whether it’s due to a lack of access to devices, limited internet skills, or other barriers, digital exclusion can affect anyone.
We’re here to help!
If you or someone you know is struggling to navigate the digital world, don’t hesitate to reach out. Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire is dedicated to providing free and friendly digital advice and support, designed to help everyone in our community benefit from the digital age.
